   Hello,
   I just wanted to send you a quick note to say “thank-you”. We had a wonderful time in Venice and will come again.
   We very much enjoyed staying in your hotel and will consider it again for our next trip.
   The rooms were great, the breakfast was good, and the service was top notch !!! (Meaning excellent)
   The rooms were always clean, the maid service came later in the day when we were out (and we really appreciated that), plus the service and attention that everyone working there gave us, was great. We had a wonderful time.
   I will always recommend your hotel to family and friends.

   I wish to thank you for your very kind and professional assistance with the Carlton Capri accommodation for my family last week. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much, as we have had before and look forward to staying there again next time we are in Venice.
